for Kids and other ideas can be found when you visit writer Anastasia
Suen. You may also want to look at the site of writer Verla
Kay for lots of helpful advice and a place to meet with other
children's writers.
Of course, you'll need to know where to submit those stories you write

Children's Publishers will help you do that.
If you are willing to take a course in children's writing, or you want
to read articles with lots of good advice, try The
Institute of Children's Literature.
If you are interested in writing for kids magazines, try
Kid Mag Writers where you'll find articles with great advice plus you
can download their free ebook with all their articles from the past-so
you'll have plenty to read!
